Dave Hewett Chairman of the Board
Dave has over 30 years of business experience, including expertise in all aspects of the real estate and facilities industry, working for both owners and service providers. Clients have included institutional, corporate, municipal and private entities such as Microsoft, PMC-Sierra, Pitney Bowes, California Federal Savings, Pacific Gas & Electric, United States GSA and Commercial Bank. He has led the transitions for some of the largest corporate real estate outsourcing programs in the industry.
Currently Dave acts as a consultant to the facilities industry, focused on leadership development and organizational structure. Utilizing his extensive experience, he is assisting managers, leaders and organizations achieve exceptional results for their clients and organizations.

Randy Burke CEO, North America
Randy Burke is the founder of DCS Global Enterprise LP and the Daylight CleaningTM System. Randy's solid experience and reputation in the cleaning service industry specifically in day cleaning is second to none in the North American marketplace. For over 25 years, Randy has devoted his career to developing and improving the contract cleaning industry.
During the span of Randy's career, he has owned and operated his own janitorial contracting businesses. Prior to this, he held senior executive positions with top Canadian and International janitorial contracting companies.
Randy was also instrumental in creating three separate contract cleaning associations with the focused mission to professionalize and innovate the cleaning industry.
Randy's abilities to create and innovate traditional janitorial consulting have kept him in the forefront of this essential industry. He is a sought out popular keynote speaker and presenter at industry related conferences and panels across North America.
Having held an active BOMA membership for over 20 years, Randy has held several positions;

Deborah Farrell Marketing Director
Deborah is a dynamic professional in fields of communications, marketing, customer service and strategic alignment. Deborah brings unique strengths in working with companies in the development of targeted customer based marketing strategies, positioning, and relationship modeling. She has extensive experience with property management, real estate, hotel, telecommunications and the airlines industries. Deborah founded and currently chairs the 'Daylight Foundation' for educational support.
George Papadopoulos Vice President Central & Eastern Canada
With over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry, George brings extensive business knowledge and expertise as an industry leader. George has held increasingly senior positions with some of Canada's largest cleaning companies including Modern Building Cleaning/Aramark, and most recently with Hurley Corporation as Vice President, Operations. With an uncompromising work ethic, he has continually been at the forefront of industry innovations overseeing some of the most prestigious projects in Canada. George has been responsible for diverse portfolios providing building service solutions to airport, automotive, commercial, high-tech, industrial, manufacturing, medical, pharmaceutical, and retail environments. Exceptional customer service skills, integrity, and professionalism make him a valuable industry executive.
Matt Vermunt Operations Manager, Western Canada
Matt has over 12 years of sales and management experience working in the financial/merchant services, real estate development, property management and construction industries. A seasoned and dynamic project manager, Matt brings experience in overseeing multi-million dollar projects and is responsible for the management of DCS accounts across Western Canada. His core strengths of relationship management and client servicing provide a professional and accountable resource for DCS clients. In addition to his professional experience, Matt obtained his Bachelor of Applied Business in 2000 followed by the successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course with honors.
Robin Grouette Consultant
Robin has extensive industrial cleaning and safety training. He has worked with a broad range of companies from wood product manufacturing to chemical processing to educational facilities from across Canada and the US. Graduating from university with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, he brings a strong IT and process/systems analysis background to DCS Global Enterprise
Judy Gillies Consultant, Central Canada
With a Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation and an extensive consulting background, Judy provides superior client service, relationship building and renewed attention to client needs. Her leadership in several multi-site projects related to the janitorial industry has provided the in depth knowledge to assist clients achieve their goals. Judy brings the attention to detail and understanding of the clients needs to each of the projects she heads up. From coast to coast, the coordinated efforts with a group of clients flow naturally with Judy's leadership
Dylan Bathory Consultant
Dylan has more than a decade of experience in the janitorial industry ranging from cleaning, to business development. He also has 15 years in the customer service sector working in all areas from service, sales and management. As a hands on field consultant , Dylan assists DCS Global Enterprise clients, across Canada in reaching their goals quickly and efficiently.
